New Build, Exning

We assessed the local area and employed an architect who had expertise in modern design. 

The ground floor was all open plan, and even with steps one area flowed seamlessly in to the next giving a bright and spacious feel.

We had to deal with complicated ground conditions and a challenging tree preservation order before any work could commence.

The build included modern materials such as Velfac windows and doors, zinc and sedum roofing.  We installed under floor heating, modern lighting and used oak joinery including oak flooring though out the ground floor.  Landscaping was completed with a gravel driveway, modern paving, and high-quality turf.

We received a coveted LABC recognition award for this build quality which we are all very proud of.
